For those aiming to visit the Koguchi area, we recommend the 2-night plan at "SOLA."

"SOLA" is a special accommodation where only one group per day can stay, located just a 5-minute walk from Kumano Hongu Taisha. Enjoy a relaxing and private time with your family or friends, free from any worries.

Surrounded by traditional Japanese architecture, "SOLA" offers a peaceful atmosphere. Relax on tatami mats and enjoy the beautiful Japanese garden visible from the window, letting go of the hustle and bustle of city life.

The owner, a licensed acupuncturist, offers traditional Japanese acupuncture and chiropractic treatments. After walking the Kumano Kodo or to relieve everyday discomfort, you can refresh both your body and mind.

Gluten-free meals can be provided upon request. Enjoy healthy, body-friendly dishes made with fresh, local ingredients that will nourish both your body and soul.

The Ooyunohara is just a 3-minute walk, Kumano Hongu Taisha is 5 minutes on foot, and there is a hot spring facility (closed on Wednesdays) only 5 minutes away.

With the 2-night plan at SOLA, you’ll have plenty of time to enjoy the Kogumo and Oogumo walks at your leisure. The "Hongu Taisha-mae" bus stop is just 5 minutes on foot. For those heading to Koguchi , there is a bus leaving from "Hongu Taisha-mae" at 7:25 AM, arriving in Koguchi at 8:06 AM. It’s a very convenient accommodation.
